Ebony spent a decade in retail customer service and administration before making the switch to real estate. In 2008, her role as Office/Reception Assistant to a busy inner city office began her career. Ebony quickly proved herself to be a vibrant asset to any business and in her first two years in Real Estate, she was promptly promoted through roles from office administration assistant in both the residential and commercial market, to a leasing representative and finally into the role of a Portfolio Manager. Ebony was able to successfully manage up to 400 properties and continued to grow and adapt her skills as part of her complex role.
Ebony joined the Ray White group in 2011, taking on the role as a Business Development Officer. From this role she took away a new knowledge and further understanding of what landlords and tenants are looking for in a property manager and their property. Through all her roles and continued ongoing training provided by Ray White, Ebony has been able to greatly improve, adapt and grow her existing skills.
Ebony prides herself on having thorough time management and organisational skills and is constantly striving to improve relationships and education for both landlords and tenants alike, to achieve the best possible outcome for both parties.
In her free time Ebony enjoys spending time with her partner, going to the beautiful local beaches that the Mornington Peninsula provides, movies, needle work, her abundance of pets, tending to her vegetable garden and fishing.
