Cade has joined the Ray White Carrum Downs team as a Sales Assistant, bringing with him a strong foundation in Business and Marketing, along with valuable practical experience. He holds a Diploma of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, equipping him with well-developed skills in strategic thinking, client service and market analysis.

Alongside his professional background, Cade brings over six years of experience as an NDIS Support Care Worker. This role strengthened his communication, empathy and problem-solving skills, while reinforcing the importance of trust, patience and personalised service—qualities that seamlessly translate into delivering exceptional client care in real estate.

Before transitioning into real estate, Cade built experience in marketing, where he helped businesses strengthen their brand presence and connect meaningfully with their audiences. He now applies these skills to real estate, supporting clients through the buying and selling process with clarity, confidence and informed insight.

Passionate about building genuine, long-term relationships, Cade is committed to continual growth and development within his real estate career. His professionalism is complemented by his active involvement in the local community, where he enjoys staying connected to the people and places he represents.

Outside of work, Cade is driven by self-improvement and enjoys keeping active through gym training and long-distance running. He also has a creative side, spending time smoking meats, experimenting in the kitchen and travelling to experience new cultures and perspectives.
