With over 3 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Kasey has developed a diverse skill set through her work across Reception, Sales & Property Management. Each position provided valuable insights & helped her build a strong understanding of how different areas of the industry operate. However, it was in Property Management where Kasey discovered her true calling.

Kasey is energised by the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of Property Management. She thrives on the variety the role offers—from resolving day-to-day challenges. What she enjoys most, though, is the human side of the role: the daily interactions with clients, the opportunity to support both Rental Providers & Renters & the chance to build long-term, meaningful relationships along the way.

For Kasey, being a great Property Manager goes beyond just managing properties—it’s about managing relationships with care, consistency & professionalism. She believes that trust, transparency & open communication are the keys to creating positive experiences for everyone involved. Kasey prides herself on being approachable, reliable & solutions-focused, always striving to make her clients feel informed, supported & confident in the service she provides.

Outside of work, Kasey loves spending time with her family & friends, attending local footy games & staying active by playing soccer herself. Kasey looks forward to continuing her journey at Ray White Carrum Downs in Property Management & building lasting connections with clients.
